It's a me, (TAH-nee). I am originally from the wondrous state of California. However I have relocated to bagel-filled New York. It's crazy, this place actually has seasons.
Due to my upbringing, I have found that I am constantly torn between my love of pine covered mountains and sandy ocean cliffs. I often find myself exploring places like these. Trudging along needle covered paths that are intertwined with the redwoods, or bundling up with a blanket, a good book, and some snacks on the beach.
One day, many years ago, I decided, “It’d be nice if I could make some art out of these good times.” So I did. For a good portion of those years, photography was my only career. But I ended up being stuck in studios taking snapshots instead of exploring the great outdoors.
I’ve now made my way into a new career of web development, which I really enjoy. It also allows me to run my photography business the way I always wanted to. Exploring, traveling, making new friends, participating in workshops, and allowing my photography to be more of an art.
I am always looking for new opportunities and to grow as a photographer. I would love to hear from you, so if you have feedback, or would like to work with me, feel free to email me at: tanisan.dev@gmail.com
